Five Nights at Freddy's 3 is the third version of the FNAF series, where you have to guard your office against the sabotage of animatronic characters for five nights. Let's try the new version!
After several years following the release of Five Nights at Freddy's 2, Fazbear Freddy's Pizza has reopened. Due to a series of bad and tragic incidents in the past, the owner decided to turn it into a horror attraction known as the Fazbear Fright. Like in Five Nights at Freddy's 1 and 2, as a nightguard, your mission is to monitor the security camera to control unexpected happenings. However, there is a different thing. Now, only one animatronic, Springtrap, is still operational and would undoubtedly keep you awake at night!
There's a desk, a blazing surveillance monitor, a gently humming fan, and Phantom animatronics, along with Springtrap, lurking in the shadows in your workplace. Be sure to use in-game tools (audio, cameras, and ventilation) wisely and keep them functioning properly to avoid frightening jump scares during 5 increasingly tougher nights. The game can end at any moment when Springtrap reaches your office!
Your goal is to survive from 12 AM to 6 AM for five nights without getting caught. Do whatever you can to prevent Springtrap, the only real animatronic threat, from entering the office.
You use cameras to track Springtrap’s movements across rooms as well as what’s happening in the building. There’s no power limit in FNAF 3, so you can use the cameras as much as you want to monitor any unusual things inside the place.
Tip: Switch cameras quickly to avoid losing track of him.
Balloon Boy’s audio can distract Springtrap and lure him to another room. You should play it in rooms far from the office, guide him away from your location, and stay safe against his jump scares.
Remember, this animatronic can also use vents to bypass cameras and get to your office quickly. Identify which vent Springtrap is near and seal it quickly to block his shortcuts.
Phantom animatronics cause system malfunctions and leave you vulnerable. Examine, identify any errors, and reboot affected systems from the maintenance panel. Sometimes, you’ll need to restart multiple systems at once.
